How much does room hire cost?

For 6–11 months, hire is $140/week on skids or $155/week on a trailer. For 12+ months, it is $110/week on skids or $125/week on a trailer. No GST is charged. A $480 refundable bond and the first week’s rent are due on delivery, along with any transport charges. Use the price calculator for your estimate.

What is the minimum hire period?

Six months. We are not offering shorter hires at the moment.

Are delivery and collection included?

Standard delivery, setup and collection are included for hires of 12 months or longer within our 75 km delivery area. Otherwise the calculator estimates the transport charge from your suburb or postcode. We confirm the route, site access and final price with you; crane work or difficult access is quoted separately.

What can I use the room for?

Common uses include a home office, project office, consultation space, guest room or study. Tell us what you have in mind and we will help confirm suitability.

How much access do you need?

The room arrives on a trailer, so we need to confirm the route into your property and the space available for safe positioning. Photos and measurements are a useful first step.

Can it fit a bed or office furniture?

Yes, the room can support a range of layouts. We will confirm the internal dimensions and your proposed setup before you commit.

Do I need council approval?

Requirements can vary with the property, location, use and hire period. It is the hirer's responsibility to check any local approval requirements that apply.
